What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form or by email or phone: your name, company, email address, telephone number and the details of the material you are asking about.

Our web server keeps standard access logs, which record IP addresses, the pages requested and the browser used. These are kept for security and capacity monitoring.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To follow up on an open quotation or order.
• To keep a record of commercial correspondence as required by UAE commercial law.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing lists unless you have asked to receive updates from us.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the location map from OpenStreetMap; those services receive your IP address when the page loads. No other third-party scripts run on the site.

Sharing

Enquiry details are shared only with the Polymax staff who handle your request and, where a shipment is arranged, with the logistics providers needed to deliver it. We may disclose information if required by law or a competent authority.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as there is an active or recent commercial relationship, and then for the period required by UAE record-keeping rules. Server logs are rotated within 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to pricing@polymaxfze.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
